In these crazy times, we are still called to be the church.

To give you some ideas of what this looks like, we’ve put together some practical ideas of how we can continue to be the church while we can’t meet in person.

Reach Out To Your Neighbors
We have created a printable Neighbor Card. You may use this to leave at your neighbors door to find out their needs. This is a great way to serve your neighbors in your neighborhood.

Join the Call Care Team
We are putting together a call team who will reach out to our members to see if they need prayer or if we can meet any needs. If you are interested in joining this group, please fill out the Call Care Team interest form. We care about our church family and we want to help out the best way we can!

Other things to do while in isolation:

  1. Pray, Pray and Pray Some More! For our leaders of this country, for our church pastors all around the world, for local business, for our front liners in the medical field & grocery stores, for our friends, family and our neighbors.
  2. Be Creative! There are many ways you can serve our community, family and friends. Think outside the box, while staying safe.
  3. Stay Connected! FaceTime, create a zoom meeting, use the many free apps to connect with people. Even though we are "social distancing" we are blessed with living in a time that we can stay connected in this way.
  4. Be Still! We might be in a crisis but God is bigger than this. Use this "forced down time" to lean into God, allowing His presence to be near.
  5. Enjoy! Use this time to enjoy with your family, and loved ones. It's not often we get this much time to just enjoy the "little things".

Remember this, God is good (Psalm 34:8), and God is near (Psalm 145:18). His love is faithful (Lamentations 3:22-23), and His Word is true (proverbs 30:5; John 17:17). In a world here circumstances and statistics change faster than our ability to keep up. Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever (Hebrews 13:8).
