What is Compassion Queen Creek?
Compassion Queen Creek is a free event designed once a year to show the love of God to the Queen Creek/San Tan Valley community by providing much needed services and care to those who are struggling.
2017 Compassion Queen Creek Update
Thanks to our Rock Point members, we collected non-perishable items for two weekends and was able to give away 300 food bags along with the Book of John. Each food bag was filled with 4 to 5 complete meals, giving a family anywhere from one to three bags each. This once a year event brings many people from all of Queen Creek and surroundings area to take part in many free amenities during that day. Praise God for the opportunity Rock Point is able to partake in!
Non-perishable food items to include are:
- dry beans
- canned goods (fruit, vegetables, beans or meat)
- dry milk
- boxes of pasta
- pasta sauce
- peanut butter and jelly
Also provided at Compassion Queen Creek: haircuts, children’s activities, free lunch and more! In addition, guests are also be given basic items to help with their current situation. For more information about volunteer opportunities or about the event go to www.compassionqueencreek.org
